Gambling Almond Bar Candy Ingredients
* 1 cup roasted salted almonds
* 300 ml condensed milk (1 can)
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
* 2 cups dehydrated coconut
* 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 1 teaspoon granulated cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix condensed milk and vanilla.
2. Slowly add icing sugar to the flour and mix until smooth.
3. Add coconut. The mixture should be solid.
4. Place the mixture firmly on a greased 9 x 13 x 5 inch baking sheet. Keep in the refrigerator until set.
5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 1 minute.
6. Remove the coconut mixture from the refrigerator and cut into 1x2 inch bars.
7. Place hooks on the shelf above the parchment.
8. Add 2 almonds to each toothpick.
9. Drizzle the bars with the melted chocolate.
10. When finished, turn it over and dive to the other side. Return to the bookshelf.
