Best Netflix Plan

What is Netflix's best plan? 3

I've seen some Netflix plans and I have (as they say) a Netflix compatible device. It's a Bluray player, but it has a Netflix option, but we haven't signed up yet.

My question is I am running unlimited 1DVD plan. Can I watch unlimited movies over and over on my Netflix Ready device while my plan is still active? If so, if I have 1 movie in the mail will I be able to watch it on my Netflix Ready device or is it an extra?
