Chi Square Symbol
Does MS Word have a chi-square symbol? 3
I am writing an article about reviewing a research paper and I need to use Wavy X for Chi. I can't find it in the symbol box, does anyone have an idea?
You can easily create one and save it as a small word file. Here's how it works:
1. Open a new Word document.
2. Click the Insert line above, and then click the icon.
3. Find the font named Symbol by searching for Chi in the drop-down box.
4. Enter chi.
5. Then enter 2 and highlight 2.
6. Go to Format Topline and Fonts and click on Superscript.
7. Now you have Chisquare and can save it for copy-paste if needed.

When you select this font and type K, it looks exactly like the chi-square symbol. But if you copy and paste it here, it looks like a normal K, no font recognition on this blog.
I did it just for my master's thesis!
