OK I have SLVR I think it's OK I want to set the word to voicemail and press 9 to get it and it says Peward set and I can't set the word and now I I won't let you in and I tried 1800 cricket and it didn't work and I lost the manual so you know what it says because I needed it, thank you.

The default password for each cricket pen is always 9999. You can change your password by entering it. You can also configure it so that you don't have to use a password when calling your computer's voicemail.
