It ends with a kind of square dance (when they meet in two rows) and then slips into an artificial dance that resembles a waltz. The skeleton (currency and top and position) is there, even if it doesn't have real waltzes or footwork from other popular ballroom dances. So it's just TV software, you can't expect players to pay to fix actors. They are clearly trained ... they create spectacular scenarios and create the illusion that they know what they are doing.
