I searched all over the internet but I did not find the answer to my question. Should I take EmergenC Vitamin C supplements to help me lose weight? Am I taking only the recommended 4 sashes a day? Do I drink after or during training? Is there anything like taking too much? I would be very grateful if anyone could help me! Thanks! :)
If you are looking for snake oil to help you lose weight, you have not found it yet. It doesn't matter when you take it or how much. It doesn't matter if you are deficient in vitamin C. Too much can be a problem.
