You can change the date on multiple counters. This may be limited to return envelopes addressed to the customer. No need to put it in a special box. There are thousands of cities with custom mailboxes. So I don't think it's necessary, but prepaid email is usually faster. So if you are worried about your bill being late, consider using a prepaid mailbox if one is available.
To answer your second question, if there is an expiration date. This is because the first important post is time sensitivity. You may find that most of the branded emails you receive are not unsubscribed, but branded emails are automatically unsubscribed. If you are sending regular mail, the post office may not care that you are late for a day or two, but it is their choice.

Yes to both In fact, the item on the counter has an exact delivery date and if you do not send it that day, the postman will return it to you. If you continue to do so, your metering license will be revoked and you may be fined. You will receive many emails. Maybe that's why they always send letters. Good question !!
