The jury has chosen the charge of the alleged crime on the basis of the indictment, testimony and other evidence presented by the prosecutor. In an indictment, the grand jury does not determine the guilt, only the possibility that someone did it, the defendant did it and they will be brought to justice. Prosecutors often present only the most important facts to prove honesty, both to save time and to avoid revealing all the evidence. The Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States states that no person shall be liable for any capital or other known obligation unless he is presented before a grand jury. Thereafter, after a preliminary investigation by the trial judge or other judge, it is determined whether the ■■■■■■■■■ provided sufficient evidence that the defendant committed a crime. If the judge decides that he has sufficient evidence, he will order the case to be returned to the competent court. (See: Grand Jury, Crime, Introduction, Crime)

Alleged indictment of crimes (offenses) selected by jury on the basis of indictment, testimony and other evidence presented by public executioners (prosecution). In an indictment, the grand jury does not determine the guilt, only the possibility that someone did what the defendant did, and that they will be brought to justice. Prosecutors often present only the most important facts to prove their honesty, both to save time and to avoid disclosing all the evidence. The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution states that no person shall be held liable in any capital or otherwise, unless he appears before a grand jury ... although grand in federal matters. Juries are common, many states make extensive use of juries. - The amount will be determined on the basis of the claim, followed by a preliminary investigation by a judge or other judge, to determine if the executor has provided sufficient evidence that the defendant has committed a criminal act. If the judge decides that there is sufficient evidence, he will order the case to be returned to the competent court for a decision. (See: Grand Jury, Crime, Introduction, Crime)
