Lip balloons look like your change. Remove the hole in your lips at this point. Push the ball to the sides with the curve of your lips. Ball in place.

Remove the top ball of rsese and the top of the pin (assuming you are using an ATM pin).
On the other hand (in your mouth) remove the screw and push your tongue forward / out of your lips. It follows the same path so you can easily find files. It would be hard if I were you, I don't use rsese unless you feel comfortable removing and replacing regular pins and can keep them for a while, as playing rsese can prolong the healing process. Is (burning, rubbing, softening new material).
