The bottom of the cake is made of plain flour. The pancake mix contains baking soda which gives rise to the cake pan ... you can use it ... but the texture of the crust is hard.

I'm sure you can, but it won't be like a normal pie crust. Pancake mix contains baking soda and / or baking soda. You don't want the ingredients to grow on the cake crust ... you want it to be flat. One cup of pancake mix contains only 2 tablespoons. Sorting ...... while 1 cup of flour for pie crust requires 1/2 cup of sorting ... which makes the pie crust smooth and full. If you are going to use pancake mix, you will need to add 6 tbsp. Brandy with every cup of the mixture you use.
This is not a good idea, the pancake mix will not break, so it tastes very strange.
