It will magically go into your mailbox as long as you have the correct mailing address. Being a former employee doesn't change anything.
Will be sent to you before January 31, 2016.
They will be sent to you by February 1. If you do not receive them, please contact your payroll in writing (calls will not legally assist you as the conversation will not be recorded). Make sure they have your current address.
