Sure ... the Oregon Department of Transit quote says you can use it on the Oregon Highway, not in other states.
Igor, I thought you wouldn't get an answer because we don't know what a travel permit is. Never heard of such a thing. Now, if you're talking about a study permit, it's probably only good in Oregon. All states have different traffic laws, so some may allow licenses from other states if the insurance is up to date, but I doubt it. Check with the Washington DMV anyway. Visit their website. If you do not receive an answer, call us at 800.
Otherwise, I see we will never get to the point where we need a travel permit to travel to another state. Maybe even a national port and visa!
