What is the use of Safeway? 3
I've heard it's a place for teenagers or people like that. Help?
I think you mean safe use or half use.
Safe use can be a place for abused women, street youth, etc. Intermediate use is often where people get out of jail, contempt, or substance use programs. They still do, but they are ready to find work and return to society.
Never heard of using Safeway before.
I'm not sure now.
I think this is where you are safe and out of harm's way!
